Welcome to the Customer Engagement Academy

Freshly returned from various holiday destinations and bursting with energy, we open the season with a new LinkedIn community: the Customer Engagement Academy. The Academy focuses on customer-centric communication.

The topics in the group will be wide-ranging, but will all be based on how analytics, communication, business strategy and technology are effectively linked together with the customer at the centre.

Behind the group is the advertising agency Neuburg I Zinckernagel and Analyse Danmark. We each have our own approach and key competences and will contribute with regular, professional contributions. We are passionate about developing the area and hope that you want to engage in this free forum with knowledge, experiences and questions.

Debate, solutions and events
Our ambition is an open and constructive debate about concrete challenges and solutions as well as ideas that can make us all smarter and more relevant in our communication. In addition to professional contributions from ourselves, there will also be input from other specialists in the field.

In addition to the presentations in the group, the Customer Engagement Academy will continuously offer physical events with the same professional focus. All events will be announced in the group and will probably take place in Frederiksberg, where both Neuburg I Zinckernagel and Analyse Danmark are located.
