Analyse Denmark's research has contributed significant market insight, where we have both had some of our assumptions about our position in the Scandinavian market confirmed and refuted. This means that the competitive landscape has been sharpened and narrowed down. Specifically, we have used the report's conclusions, among other things, to change our sales strategy within a particularly critical product category in our assortment.
The survey has given us insight, enabling us to trial a range of concrete measures both during the registration phase and after a period as a member. The sorting cards are a good example of how we can now very easily identify relevant and useful services for the member to discuss at member meetings.
For Damixa, it's important to be close to end users and their needs. By using 3D-printed dummies in focus groups, we get as close as possible to a potential end product and receive end users' immediate reactions to techniques and designs, which we would otherwise only have been able to sketch out on a drawing board.
The study has provided us with insight into the motivations that influence the uptake and rejection of condoms in very intimate situations. This allows us to formulate strong messages both in our dialogue with the MSM target group and in mass communication. Furthermore, the quantitative part of the study has shown that easy access to free condoms is an important and central part of Danish HIV prevention.
