That's how much Nestl\u00e9's 1,800 Nordic employees save in just one week with a new initiative inspired by World Vegan Day on 1 November. The remedy is simple: no meat in the canteens for just one week.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, the proportion of meat-free products in Danish supermarkets has increased significantly, and studies show that more and more Danes have introduced one or more meat-free days a week - so-called flexitars.
