And in the midst of the colourful festivities, it's important to remind each other to make room for diversity.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, it happens all too often that colleagues speak disparagingly about gay, bisexual and transgender people. And that's just not right. It must be the case that employees' competences and work performance should be assessed.
