I f\u00e5r alts\u00e5 et handlingsorienteret v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, som giver mulighed for at fastholde og skabe endnu bedre relationer til jeres kunder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Net Promoter Score (loyalitetsindikator) p\u00e5 overordnet niveau og p\u00e5 undergruppeniveau (se nedenst\u00e5ende figur).
