A user survey provides insight into your users' experience of, for example, a product, service or website. The survey will typically uncover the users' satisfaction with and attitudes towards what is being tested. The test of a product or service will typically be part of a customer analysis<\/a>. A complete user survey of your website can be completed in 2-3 weeks, depending on site traffic, ensuring the timeliness of the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analyse Denmark can deliver everything from raw data to an analysis with conclusions and recommendations. If you choose the latter, this is done as a complete and annotated report containing overview graphs, recommendations and a complete set of tables with frequency and cross-tabulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Users who click through to your website are presented with a pop-up questionnaire designed for this purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
