En unders\u00f8gelse udarbejdet af Analyse Danmark har taget et n\u00e6rmere kig p\u00e5 virksomhedernes mening om brugen af video i jobs\u00f8gningen.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If\u00f8lge virksomhederne er den st\u00f8rste fordel ved en videoans\u00f8gning, at man f\u00e5r et tydeligere billede af ans\u00f8geren personlighed, og at man har mulighed for at se deres pr\u00e6sentationsevne. Til geng\u00e6ld mener st\u00f8rstedelen (75 %) at videoans\u00f8gningen prim\u00e6rt skal bruges som supplement til traditionelle jobans\u00f8gning.
