En segmentering opdeler dine kunder\/brugere\/medlemmer eller lignende i segmenter med hver deres karakteristika. Efterf\u00f8lgende kan segmenterne dannes via en faktor- og\/eller en klyngeanalyse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En segmentering via kvalitative metoder kan f.eks. v\u00e6re ved brug af&nbsp;dybdeinterview, hvorudfra segmenterne dannes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disse metoder kan ogs\u00e5 kombineres i den ene eller anden r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En statistisk segmenteringsanalyse kan danne baggrund for interview eller fokusgruppe med udvalgte segmenter for derigennem at komme i dybden med de enkelte segmenter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samtidig kan dybdeinterview eller fokusgrupper ogs\u00e5 skabe relevant viden om m\u00e5lgruppen, som er vigtig for at kunne konstruere de bedste segmenteringssp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-0c83677d\">\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-a5391143 gbp-section\">\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-93ca79a7 gbp-section__inner\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-wrapper gb-grid-wrapper-b92d2374\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-57d1efca\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-57d1efca\">\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-3f298b35 gb-headline-text\"><strong>Eksempler p\u00e5 brug af segmentering<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyse Danmark bruger eksempelvis segmentering i&nbsp;Bankanalysen, hvor vi opdeler bankkunder i forskellige segmenter med udgangspunkt i deres enighed i en r\u00e6kke holdningsudsagn. En klyngeanalyse anvendes til at danne segmenterne. Med segmenteringsanalysen er det f.eks. muligt for det enkelte pengeinstitut at se, hvilken type kunder de har flest af samt finde ud af, hvordan de bedst kommunikerer til de forskellige kundeprofiler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et andet eksempel p\u00e5 en segmenteringsanalyse er en unders\u00f8gelse, Analyse Danmark har gennemf\u00f8rt for Sundhed.dk blandt deres brugere.
